Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism in Uniceub-Brasilia in 2004, Karin Roepke was beyond prototypes and mockups. Her passion for interpretation, in fact, started well before dealing with pencils and clipboards. In 1995, she began her career as a tap dancer and she also took part in dancing groups such as Tap, Street Jam and Sound Afro Brazil, in Brasília (the Federal Capital) her hometown. Her debut as an actress was in the play " Um juiz de Paz na Roça", directed by Alberto Bruno. Since then, she has been performing in several theater plays and short films. Karin worked hard: She had classes of musical theater and tap in Stepson Broadway and Broadway Dance Center - both in New York - USA, singing courses with the counter-tenor and conductor, Marconi Araújo, and more three years as an actress, singer and ballet dancer in Only Broadway Company, under the direction of Fernanda Chamma. These outstanding professionals supported her in the beginning of the career. Due to all this preparation, she was led to the stage of the famous musical "Hairspray" and "Os Produtores”, where she worked with Miguel Falabella, and “O Musical dos Musicais”, directed by Wolf Maya." After some years of hard work and improvement courses given by Christian Duurvoortfeza, Thierry Tremourox, Fábio Porchat and Sérgio Penna, as well as Glorinha Beutenmuller, Camila Amado and Cininha de Paula, Karin got her chance on television through the demanding and talented Miguel Falabela; Her first role on television was in the series "A vida Alheia," in TV Globo, and now she gives ALANA to life in the seven o'clock soup opera "Aquele Beijo”, in the same TV network. |
